Well this weekend was a a hectic whirlwind or events and a blast at it! It was the weekend of the East York Kettlebell Club Snatch competition, for which you can find the results here. The event was a lot of fun and there are some great up and coming lifters in Toronto. I cannot claim to be one of them as I did not prepare for the snatch competition and just lifted for a 150reps (76/74) performance in around 9min.

If you see in the video I had a bit of a mishap the night before playing some sports and lost a chunk of skin on my arm due to a fall and bruised my right hip pretty badly to the point where I was having trouble walking. It was a bummer but it should not effect me too much as I prepare for the IKFF Nationals in Detroit in two weeks time.

150 reps is still very respectable. Hope the arm heals soon.
