I've never been a fan of working-out, it feels very pointless, like a hamster running on a wheel. I think to me it has a lot to do
with the state of mind for me. I've always been a fan of training with a purpose, which is probably why I find it hard to be in the gym if I have nothing to prepare for. To this effect working out is pointless, it get me no where. It's all about training and practicing, all of which involved proper planning and progress.
